Our nature-based movement sessions help children grow their physical skills, emotional regulation, and social confidence in a playful, supportive way.

Every activity is grounded in principles of neuroplasticity, supporting the brain’s ability to grow and adapt through meaningful movement and experience.

Guided by the regulating, restorative influence of the natural world, children are given vital time to move, breathe, and connect with the earth in safe, nurturing ways that support their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Our Services

Small Group Sessions

Our 3-hour small-group sessions offer a playful, nature-based space for children aged 5 years and older to connect with themselves, with others, and with the natural world. Through movement, breathwork, and sensory-rich activities, children are supported to explore their bodies, regulate their emotions, and build trust in how they move and relate. The group sessions are playful and fosters growth and connection.

1:1 Exercise Physiology Sessions

Individual Exercise Physiology sessions offer tailored, play‑based support to help your child work toward their unique goals. These 50‑minute sessions take place outdoors, where fresh air, natural light, and the rhythms of nature create a rich sensory environment for learning and regulation.

Using evidence‑based movement approaches, we support physical development alongside nervous system and emotional regulation. Sessions weave together movement, sensory and primitive reflex integration, breathwork, and mindfulness to nurture whole‑child wellbeing. This personalised format is ideal for children who benefit from focused support beyond what group settings can provide. Families also receive practical strategies and home‑based programs to help maintain progress across home and community life.
